Between rounds of a tournament, yes.

Between rounds in a game, no (and I think is was what you were asking).

What might be causing confusion for you is the term "round". In Heroclix, the individual increments in each game are called "turns". For example, Outwit lasts until the beginning of your next turn. Each game, then, makes up a "round" in a tournament. Most tournaments are at least 3 to 4 rounds in length, giving you ample opportunity to choose a different TA with Thunderbolts.

sorry about that; jakgot what i was meaning--not turns, but rounds of a tournament. after all, changing between rounds within a game and within turns is reserved for wildcards.
