The only legal targets would be adjacent targets with line of sight, but if more than one fit the bill, then yes you could target multiples, up to the number of lightning bolts.

Only if they are a colossal character. Any other character that is adjacent to an opposing character may not shoot out of adjacency. You can use mutli-targetting just fine, but only on opposing characters adjacent to the character.

Even 'if no', a character using multiple targets can choose to deal zero damage to one of its targets. Just see above for the targeting issues, though.

Thanks, was pretty sure about the 0 damage, was really unsure about the first Q though, had this happen in a tourney last week against me, neither of us knew so I let him do it... I won anyway so no worries.
