1 Depends. On an enemy fig, no. On your fig you could cancel stealth to be able to do it. But stealth will stay off for the rest of your turn.
2 Yes. But they are being carried for the entire action. So you can get no benifet from the carried fig durring the HSS attack. No TA or powers from the carried figure may be used. After you finish moving and attacking the fig is placed back down and can use any pwers and TA as normal.
