However you like. The two easiest ways are either A) make the color on the dial equal to whatever the PAC says (I find the Aliens are a bit undercosted this way) or B) use the closest PAC equivalent to the power desrcibed on the character card (should get you a bit closer, points-wise). Or come up with your own method.

Nope, Horroclix only. The Hellboy/BPRD Action Pack is the only official cross-game set as of right now. And there are always the Marvel Zombie chase pieces from Super Nova, too...
No, you CAN'T use them in legal tournaments unless you're playing Horrorclix.
As for their powers, I usually play them how they are on the card. It works out fairly evenly that way.
To convert to Heroclix, I suggest simply playing them as if they begin the game blooded.
Alternatively, you can call them Blooded after they push (Horrorclix take no damage from pushing anyway) like an activation.
Best I have, thats how I do it, after all.

I'm sorry but i couldn't understand what blooded means. Could expalin what this means?
'Blooded' is basically a full movement Charge that drops the damage value to 1. So, depending on the Alien (off the top of my head most, if not all of them, have a power on the first click so they begin play blooded), they can already 'Charge'... and most (if not all) already can Leap/Climb, too.
So, to answer your question, yes
Seriously, though, these games are only about 80% compatible. Nothing will mesh perfectly on figures that are not specifically designed (see BPRD and Marvel Zombies) to cross over. So do as you like, don't sweat the small stuff, and have fun.
