Does anyone know how her power works? Canary Cry: Black Canary can use Energy Explosion and Incapacitate. So can she use Energy Explosoin and Incap? because if she could that would be just awsome!

She can use either one. She cannot use them both at the same time.

The special power just lets her squeeze both powers onto her dial at the same time.

They still both require that she be given a non-free action to activate. You can only give one of those to a figure in a turn.

I'm glad someone likes her. Black Canary is my biggest disappointment in the set (which all things considered makes the set pretty darn good if this is my biggest gripe). I thought the old vet was great and all it needed was that four range so that she could be a little better with Stunning Blow. Now she can't even use Stunning Blow. Darnit!

JL's Black Canary is superior to all of the CJ ones.

Yes, she should and could have been a lot better - but the JL version will be seeing lots of play time on my teams, probably retiring the CJ ones for good.

For 4 points more than the CJ Vet, Canary gets a +1 to hit, the option to use EE, a 4 range, and added defense against stealth-busters. She loses 1 to damage and 1 to movement.

From that point on the JLA version runs away with it being superior almost entirely down the dial.

She is not a bad figure at all - just not what she should have been...
