I was wondering if you could put multiple thwart tokens on the same feat, so even after the character, to whom the feat is assigned, is given a power action he still does not get his feat back because there are still more on it

I would say no; a feat with a Thwart token is ignored until the token is removed; it stands to reason that it is ignored for all purposes, including being re-thwarted.
