Murderbots Give Arcade a power action. Choose up to two standard objects 10 or fewer squares from Arcade to which he has a clear line of fire when he is given the action, and move each object as if it were a character that has Arcades speed value.
Deathtrap Once per turn as a free action, Arcade can remove from the game any object 10 or fewer squares from Arcade to which he has a clear line of fire and deal 1 damage to each character adjacent to the object.
Murderworld Arcade can use Barrier (as if he had a range of 10) and Mastermind.
1) Arcade canīt move special objects but he can remove it?
2) Arcade can put a barrier move objects remove object and use outwit all in the same power action?
3) I can perplex arcade move by +3 and use that for the objects?
4) Arcade can move the objects before or after the power action?

Are you asking if he can use Deathtrap but not Murderbots on special objects?
If so, Murderbots clearly states 'standard objects', so nope, he can't use that power on the special objects. Deathtrap, however, has no such description to it would seem to work on any and all objects. Blast away!

Both Murderbots and Barrier are power actions. Deathtrap and Outwit are free actions. He may place use Murderbots or create a Barrier in one turn, not both. Deathrap and Outwit can be used whenever he likes during his turn (even if he is pushed) since they are free actions.

Murderbots does not say anything about an unmodified speed value, so I see no reason why you couldn't do this.

I am not sure what you are asking here... Murderbots is a power action. If you want to use that special power, you must give Arcade a power action specifically to use Murderbots. Once you've given him that action, the you may use the power which allows you to move the objects. What exactly is the question?

Since nothing in the SP says that don't use the normal LOF rules, normal LOF rules apply... which includes being able to draw LOF to objects in squares characters occupy. But you already knew that

Per the Nanobots ruling, yep. If it comes down from the powers that be as a 'no', we're going to have to re-evaluate Nanobots. But you already knew that, too

I mean.
Can i declare the power action then move the object or can i move the object then make the power action.

You need to take a power action to use the power that allows you to move objects in the first place. So no, you can't move the objects before taking the action.
Just like you can't attack an opposing character first and then give him a close (or ranged) combat action afterwards

From the ashes of Paragon City... it rises!

By the text of th power, the two are tied together. Arcade must be given a power action to activate Murderbots at which time he must have a clear LoF, he can then move the objects per the rules of the power.

I don't want to talk to you no more, you empty headed animal food trough wiper. I fart in your general direction. Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries....now go away or I shall taunt you a second time.

Just out of curiosity, why is this even a question?
Besides Probability Control (which isn't any kind of action at all), when can you ever have a character do something without first giving it an action of some kind?

So i am guessing that there is no reason Arcade can't blow up an object that someone is carrying to do a damage to them? Or atleast get it out of their hands.

When someone turns invisible in front of you... they are still in front of you!!!

There is a very good reason, actually.
He needs to be able to draw LOF to an object in order to use Deathtrap, and if a character is carrying an object you can't draw LOF to it (otherwise, any character with 3 damage would be shooting that Meteorite out of Superman's hands before he could clock them with it).
Until that object is used in an attack, it is effectively off the board. Very few things can interact with a carried object. Off the top of my head, the feat Disintgrate can be used destroy to destroy carried objects and I think that's about it... there may be a Special Power (Firestorm's maybe???) I am forgetting about (and a bit too lazy to look up at the moment ), but Arcade's SP definitely will not have any effect on carried objects.
What I really like about Arcade is his effect on a Dumpster after someone's hit with it. Say goodbye to your infinite +2 damage!
"Come on Hulk! Where's the old boasting? The battle cries? Why aren't you bellowing about how you're 'the strongest one there is'? Could it be because... you know it's not true?"
"No. Because it's just too obvious."

MOLECULAR DESTRUCTION: Once per turn as a free action, Molecule Man can choose one of the following options: (1) Remove any target object (including an object carried by a character) from the game. (2) Destroy a target square of blocking terrain. (3) Destroy a portion of a target wall bordering a single square. For all options, the target must be 6 or fewer squares from Molecule Man and he must have a clear line of fire to the target.
That's my biggest problem with SPs. I looooooooove the fact that power can now be customized to better suit specific characters, but it is such a pain to keep track of who has what... and we've only had two sets! What are we going to do a year from now when there are 5 or 6 sets (and who knows how many action packs and con exclusives)

I see what you're saying, but frankly, it's worth it. Arcade is a great example... there's just no way they could have done justice to the character without SP's. And honestly, it may be a little tougher to keep up with the details, but by and large the SP's have been appropriate to the character... so if you know the character's abilities, it will help you remember generally what the SP does (if not the specifics.)
That being said, I do see your point. I'm still trying to wrap my head around Out of the Shadows, and if I ever run across a Deaman I'm sure it will take a while to grasp his as well. But no question, I think the SP were a much needed and well-implemented part of the game.

Oh, I didn't mean to imply that I disliked them as a whole. Overall, they're great.
It's just like most everything in life, there are pluses and there are minuses. The difficulty in keeping track of who does what is definitely a minus.
