i'm thinking about using galactus in a game tomorrow night and i was wondering about the use of one of his powers. 600 pt galactus, can he multi-attack psy blast? can he multi-attack/psy blast 3 targets? basically can he use on psy blast to target three figures and divide 6 damage and then do it again?

IIRC, Multi-attack is minus one to each target. And you only get two if I'm reading the LoSH rulebook correctly.

EDIT: Wait, it says each attack. I'm not sure if that does mean target.

That should mean 6-1=5 total to split as you wish on hit (though the max targets is indeed limited to 2).
