Mr. Terrific finished his sentence, but the object of his query was no longer there. In fact, not only had Waverider and his companions vanished, but the Justice Society found their entire surroundings had been altered. The team now stood in the gap between two immense buildings. Each skyscraper rose to dizzying heights, their outer walls sheer surfaces of gleaming metal with no sign of windows or doors.
“Wow,” said Hawkgirl. “What just happened?”
“I think,” said Hawkman adjusting to his new surroundings, “we jumped in time again.”
“Better than that barf-fest the first time,” said the Star-Spangled Kid. “I barely felt a thing.”
“Ok, let’s get our bearings here,” Hawkman said. ”We need to find out where and when we are.”
“That flame-headed mook said we were going to where we were needed,” said Wildcat. “I thought that meant we were supposed to find Hourman - that is the whole point of this jaunt, ain’t it?”
“Well,” said Terrific, “I can’t imagine Time Travel is an exact science. I would surmise it would be quite difficult to place us exactly where…”
He was interrupted by the sound of rending metal as the wall in front of him exploded and Hourman tumbled out, wrestling with a robotic sentry of some sort.
“Rick!” shouted Kendra.
Hourman looked up, distracted by the use of his name.
“Hawkgirl? What the heck are you-- Omph!”
The robotic menace in his grip took advantage of his distraction and landed a solid blow to his face. Hourman stumbled back as the sentry raised its other limb, revealing a deadly blast weapon. The JSA barely had time to react before twin beams of red hot energy appeared from the hole in the building, shearing the robot’s head clear off.
“Gotta watch yourself there, slowpoke,” chided the young girl emerging from the opening. “What’s got you so distracted anyw-- woah!”
The newcomer and the JSA stared at each other in mutual shock.
“It can’t be,” said Hawkman staring at the teen. “Supergirl?!”
“Hawkman! What are you doing here?”
“We were looking for him,” said Wildcat pointing at Hourman, “What are YOU doing here? You’re supposed to be dead!”
“Yeah,” said Courtney. “There was a funeral and everything after the invasion. Superman gave the eulogy…”
“Superman? Kal’s alive?” Supergirl gasped, trying not to tear up. ”The Invasion was stopped! Thank Rao!”
“Hey Kara, where the Sprock did you go?” called a voice from inside the building. ”We’ve got a whole building of drones to--”
A third figure emerged from the same makeshift entrance. His entire body was encased in some sort of metallic armor and his face was obscured by a black visor. He sported a large Star Emblem on his chest. Behind him floated a raven haired youth in a violet costume and a green skinned boy in a purple jumpsuit.
“Wow,” said Courtney, “It’s spacemen from the future!”
“What the Sprock is she babbling about,” said Wildfire, “and who the heck are these guys?”
“They’re friends from the past,” said Supergirl beaming, “Allow me to introduce the Justice Society of America!”
“We’ve met,” said the human teen, extending his hand to the Chairman, “It’s good to see you again, Hawkman.”
“Same here… Cosmic Boy, right? These must be other members of the Legion of Super-Heroes,” said Hawkman.
“You’ve met? said the Green skinned youth incredulously, “You’ve MET?”
“Err… yeah, Brainy, it was before you joined the team. Garth, Imra and I were thrown back in time and we joined up with Hawkman’s team to defeat…*”
“And you didn’t think to mention this AT ALL?” said Brainiac Five, his green face taking on a shade of red.
“I… umm…”
“You just cavalierly broke all the laws of physics and quantum mechanics in the known universe and conveniently went on your merry way afterwards? Not to mention we’ve been searching for weeks for a way to get Kara home, and you’ve already been hopping around in time?”
Cosmic Boy’s eyes became cloudy. “It… it just didn’t seem important. I can’t even remember most of it. It hadn’t even occurred to me that it happened until I walked in and saw them again.”
“Not to interrupt,” asked Wildcat, “but can someone explain where the heck we are?”
“You’re in the 31st Century,” said Hourman, “There’s some nut named Stargrave who’s using that Baron Bedlam guy we fought in the siege tower to give his pet killer robot all these new bodies.”
Wildcat blinked.
“Seriously,” said Hourman.
Hawkman looked at Supergirl.
“Well, that does kind of sum it up,” she shrugged.
Cosmic Boy’s ring began to chime and the holographic image of Triplicate Girl appeared before them.
“Cos, report!”
“We’ve had an interesting turn of events, Lu,” said Cosmic Boy shaking off his revere. ”The rest of Hourman’s team just turned up from the 21st century.”
“What? That’s great, because it looks like we’ll need them. Please rendezvous back at the South entrance; I think we’ve located the main factory.”
“Yes, Ma’am,” said Cosmic Boy.
“Ma’am? Man,” laughed Wildfire, “That’s gotta mega-burn your a**!”
“Actually,” grinned Cosmic Boy, “I’m enjoying the freedom of it a little. Let’s go!”

Within the inner sanctum, Brainiac Four paced impatiently across a gangplank.
“Computo, report!”
“LEGION INCURSION CONTINUES. THEY ARE GAINING GROUND ON MY SENTRIES 20% FASTER THAN ANTICIPATED.”
“Explain.”
“THEY ARE ACCOMPANIED BY UNKNOWN METAHUMANS, I AM ATTEMPTING TO COMPENSATE.”
“New Legion recruits?”
“NEGATIVE, THESE BEAR THE SAME CHRONAL SIGNATURE AS THE KRYPTONIAN AND THE TYLER HUMAN.”
“More Riff Raff from the past. A variable I couldn’t possibly have accounted for. What is the estimated time to re-awakening?”
“One Minute Twenty Nine Seconds.”
“Can you hold them off that long?”
“NEGATIVE.”
As if to punctuate the response, the door to the Inner Sanctum crumpled like tissue paper and the combined forces of the Justice Society and the Legion poured through the door, shredding robotic Sentries like paper.
“It’s over, Stargrave,” shouted Triplicate Girl.
“Stargrave?” laughed Brainiac Four, “You poor deluded fools! You don’t even know what it is you face.”
“Mother,” said Brainiac Five, “I’ve calculated the odds of your victory and they are extremely low. Even with an upgrade to Computo, you can’t possibly hope to prevail.”
The Coluan woman eyed her son dispassionately. “You never fail to disappoint, Querl Dox. Baron Bedlam wasn’t required to upgrade Computo. Although he certainly has done that…”
There was a rumbling sound as two gigantic metal hulks burst up through the floor, each towering high into the air.
“CREATOR. I AM HERE AND HAVE YOU SURROUNDED. IT WAS FOOLISH OF YOU TO CONFRONT US.”
Brainiac 5 ignored Computo and continued to lock eyes with his mother.
“What are you planning?”
“I am planning a family reunion, ‘Son’,” she sneered. “You see, I’m not Pulsar Stargrave - just his humble servant. My mission has been to return him to a body fitting his magnificence. The Baron has helped me achieve that dream.”
A hiss of steam escaped from the chamber behind Brainiac 4. The doors slid open and out of the swirling smoke stepped a skeletal robotic frame nearly eight feet tall. Its eyes glowed green and emotionless as it surveyed the room.
“Now you and your friends will bow down to the originator of our line.”
“Brainy,” said Chameleon, “is that…?”
“It’s Brainaic,” said Supergirl grimly, “The original Brainiac.”
“You have done well great-granddaughter,” said the lifeless voice of the Coluan Conqueror, “to assemble my enemies for me to eliminate upon my re-birth. Kill them all except the Kryptonian Female. I have plans for her.”
“Ok, smart dude,” said the Star-Spangled Kid to Brainiac 5, “what are our odds of victory now?”

Some ground rules for the team-up (courtesy of an older post by DM in the main thread)
Quote
I know when team-up games have come up in the past I was more than happy to follow the system that was used in the multi-players games that ALC (and several others) hosted. (And they were a ton of fun as well! )
For purposes of 'team-mates' on other teams(or something to this effect);
- For the purposes of adjacency(Shooting out of base, moving through, moving away from, moving next to) a 'team-mate' will be treated as a member of your team.
- Perplex can't be used on 'team-mates' as it would end effect at the end of your turn. (So technicaly you could it just would be a waste)
- Support and PC can be used as though the 'team-mate' was a member of your force(keeping in mind that as a result in one turn you can either PC one of your rolls or one of your 'team-mates' rolls not both)
- Carrying and TKing a 'team-mate' is permitted but if carried the figure/character can not take a tokened action until an opponent had taken a turn.
Thanks for the tips, rouge! I wasn't sure about those things either. Haven't played a team up game before. Alright well I guess I'll go first...oh..and how many actions can we do?
Turn 1a
1. Supergirl will fly forward and pick up the HO in C21 and fly to C23.
2. Triplicate Girl will pick up Shvaughn and fly to J20, placing Shvaughn in I20.
