1) What hapens when a Close-Conbat TK attack rolls a Crit-hit?
2) Did we ever get an official ruling on Unus white power Untouchable? Does he use Supersenses AND (if it Fails) Then Impervious if he is attacked? I figure it is as above because where else did the 90 points go?
I'll post more questions on this thread when I remember them. Thanks for your help!

1. Close Combat TK deals "no damage". This means that neither a crit miss or a crit hit have any effect to damage.
TELEKINESIS (OPTIONAL): Give this character a power action and choose one of the following options. (For option 1 and 2, the target automatically breaks away and ignores the effects of characters and hindering terrain on movement. The target can be placed on elevated terrain but can’t be placed on or in blocking terrain. This character must have a clear line of fire to the target’s square.) (1) This character makes one close combat attack that deals no damage. If the attack succeeds, move the target up to 10 squares. (2) This character moves a target adjacent object that is not being held or a target adjacent friendly character up to 10 squares. (3) This character makes a ranged combat attack using an object that is not held by another character (see “Objects” in the rulebook). This character must have a clear line of fire to the target of the attack.
From the LoSH Rulebook glossary: no damage: An attack that deals no damage and may not have the damage furthermodified by powers or team abilities.
2. It is settled but a ruling was never actually needed. All powers granted by a Special Power may be used together unless they are incompatible due to action types. So yes you use both as neither Super Senses nor IMP require any kind of action to use.

1) The attack automatically succeeds. No damage is caused. There's a difference between a "0 damage" attack and a "No damage" attack. You can add to the damage dealt on a "0 damage" attack (like Incap). There is no damage dealt, thus nothing to add to on a "No damage" attack (like TK, Mind Control, or Taunt). Additionally, you do not take damage if you critical miss while making a "No damage" attack.
2) Yes. He uses both. The best way to determine these kinds of special power issues is to imagine that all powers listed existed together, but on different slots.
for the second question the only part I remember people discussing was that when you mastermind damage onto him he only gets to use impervious because he has to be attacked for super sense to work, but only is only required to take damage to activate impervious

Hmm it is neither a power or ability when you criticle hit (which is why it is not subject to the rule of 3) IIRC somthing came up about incap and crit hits, and a crit hit incap deals a damage (again IIRC)
quit calling web tokens objects dammit, they cannot be carried and have no "unique game effect" they are nothing more then sculpted "Special" cardboard squares

No it's not subject to the rule of 3 because it adds to damage dealt, not damage Value. The rule of 3 only applies to the 5 combat values. Damage dealt is not one of them.
INC does 0 damage which is different from "no damage". No damage is just that, no damage, nothing to modify. 0 damage (like INC) can be added to by things like Crit hits.
I thought the glossary entry also mentioned the bit about crit hits and misses. I see it does not. Now I can't remeber if that's in the rulebook or the FAQ, but I am 100% positive that's how it works.
Cool thanks Guys!
Next Question...
It's been so long since the Giants Set came out, I forgot the ruling on this?
If a gaint has the following powers what is the adjacency requirements?
Poison?
Mastermind? (the Damage recipient)
Plasticity?
I remeber that there is a "Rule of thumb" about this...Something about if it is Movement it is one way and Combat it is one way...

Base - Poison is neither movement nor close combat
Base - Mastermind is neither movement nor close combat
2 away - Plasticity is used for movement
The rule of thumb is to ask yourself if it is movement or close combat you go 2 away...if it isn't you need base to base.

It is in the rule book (LoSH, page 22):
Damage
When your character makes a successful attack, the damage dealt is equal to its damage value, modified by any powers, team abilities, feats, or other game effects. The target takes that much damage, modified by any of its own powers, team abilities, and feats, or other game effects. Your opponent must turn the target’s combat dial clockwise a number of times equal to the damage taken.
No Damage
An attack that deals no damage may not have the damage further modified by powers or team abilities. Attacks that deal no damage deal neither critical hit damage to the target nor critical miss damage to the attacker (see “Rolling 2 and 12: Critical Misses and Critical Hits,” p. 23).
0 Damage
A power that deals 0 damage may have that damage modified. It may also deal damage to the target as a result of a critical hit or to the attacker as a result of a critical miss. If the damage is not modified, no damage is dealt.
Penetrating Damage
The damage from an attack or game effect that deals penetrating damage may not be reduced by any power or ability that reduces damage dealt (such as Toughness or Invulnerability), yet may still be reduced by other game effects such as feats or battlefield conditions.
Unavoidable Damage
The damage from an attack or game effect that deals unavoidable damage may not be evaded, reduced, or modified, nor may the damage be transferred to another character.
