When I play this feat card through a wildcard member?

Example: I have JLA flash in front of MON-El and MON-El has the JLA ability can I shoot through the flash ?

You need to have the same symbol - Mon-El can only fire through other figures with the Legion team symbol.

Quebbster is right. Read the wording on the feat card. The key is distinguishing between team ability and team symbol. This particular feat says team symbol.
