Can you use Inspiring Command on a character that has no Team Ability so long as the character meeds the requirements for the Feat.

For example could I use a character who has no TA but has leadership and keep other lower point characters with no TA next to the Leadership character to prevent them from taking pushing damage?

Or must I have an actual printed TA on the character in questions base?

Tyros of Lanlak is who I wanted to try the Feat on if it is possible.

You can assign the feat to a figure without a Team Symbol, sure, but it will not help you as "no TA" is not the same as "The same team symbol".
So basically you need a printed symbol for the feat to work.

I thought thats how it would work, but I wanted someone else to give their thoughts on the inquiry.
