I've been wondering if i have been using nanobots correctly. If i have nanobots on Flash or quicksilver, do i click my healing as soon as i eat the object, and by doing so do i continue the movement available before i ate the object. For instance, i have 8 hss i move 4 spaces and eat an object, my movement now shows 10, which do i follow? do i only get 4 more movement or 6 since it is now eight? As well can i eat an object and then attack with what is now showing?

I'm sure these questions have been asked numerous times, but any help would be appreciated

Well, you can't take the Nanobot free action mid action, so it's really a moot point. Gotta do it before or after the action.

You can do it before you move, or after you move, not in the middle of your movement...

The reasoning behind this is that Hypersonic speed/Charge/Running Shot/whatever doesn't "end" until you complete the entire action. For hypersonic, for example, you don't end the action until you finish your move. After the move feel free to take a free action, but not during.
