Questions:

1. How many object can I bring into the game using Hulks Damage special power? Also can I use it as a free action (with out using the CCE)

Answers:
As many objects as need to be brought, in total, so long as he has the power. Only one per turn though, and he doesn't need to use CCE before doing it.

He can keep bringing object in until 6 total are on the board. As his power specifies, he does so each round as long as there are less than six objects.
