probally dumb questions?

1) can I TK a duo figure thats not double based and not a giant

2) if i perplex up the damage does it work for both attacks?

1) Yes.

2) Sure, -1 to Damage for the 2nd attack.

Affects of Perplex last until the end of the turn or until the Perplexed character is healed or damaged.

With very few exceptions, the Perplex would be in affect during both attacks, but the -1 to damage on the second attack would effectively negate it.

The exceptions I mentioned are things like the Arachnos and Mystics team abilities. If the first attack hits the target then the Duo character takes one click of damage before the second attack happens, causing it to lose the modification to its combat value from Perplex.

Steal Energy would also cause you to lose it. If a Duo character hit with the first attack (using a close combat attack), it would heal one click of damage which causes it to lose the modification from Perplex.

And just to add to the list, the Damage Shield feat and the Ground Zero BFC can also cause the figure to take damage after the first attack and thus lose the bonus.

Nice points about Perplex. It's always nice to see people note the finer points of rules.

I have another question to ask about DUO's. Cand you use BCFS on the DUO attack? Or is it just two normal attacks -1 damage? I think its just 2 normal attacks.

Duo Attack is a power action that grants two close combat attacks or two ranged attacks. Blades/Claws/Fangs activates when the character is given a close combat action. The two are not compatible.

Easiest way I found to remember it: if it doesn't work with Hypersonic, it doesn't work with duo.
