this is a question on Thwart. I use thwart to counter fortitude on a character and out wit his power, but then he uses anthor figure to remove the thwart token, is the power still outwitted?
Thwart tokens can only be removed by the figure that is Thwarted. If you Thwart Fortitude, only that Fortitude'd fig can recover his own Fortitude, and until he does, he may be Outwitted and Exploited as normal.
What you're describing would require that the Thwarted feat is assigned to multiple figures, as with ATAs or Warbound, so that any figure working with the feat can remove the token (I believe) but Fortitude or any other feat that says "choose a character" at the top means only that figure can remove the Thwart token.
