Who would be the character with the less point value with Enhancement from the last 4 sets? Besides Thunderer of Qward of course..?

Last 4 DC sets? Exp Hive trooper for 22 points. Avengers wiccan is nice for 54 points too.

The Thunderer is the cheapest of the front loaded enhancers by 4 points (Wiccan at 54 points).

Still tourney-legal is R Tessa (Sage) from Supernova (if it matters) at 39 pts, I believe... if it matters at all. I realize it is outside your request parameters, but I like mentioning Tessa/Sage whenever I can. She's awesome.

There is also Veteran Badoon Commander with three upfront clicks of enhancement, 4 clicks of upfront stealth, and first click smoke cloud, with Skrull TA just for 37 points. Like Tessa, he is from Supernova set as well and definitely worth a mention He is also a soldier, so multiple really does great with Crisis Hal Jordan on a soldier theme team.

Last 4 sets? That being Cissis and JLA for DC and M&M and Avenges for Marvel?

You don't have many enhancing options in these sets.

Wonder Girl is the only Crissis option I belive. She's agood piece but not one I would use only for the Enhancement.

JLA and M&M brings nothing If I remember properly.

Avengers has Wiccan and US Agent (push). Wiccan, I belive, is the best supporting option if you are leaving the Thunderer out.

Maybe some Dials would grant you Enhancement (probably Dial H) but you can't realy cound on those.

Yeah, the thunderer really is the best bet of the last four sets (he's technically Crisis, btw).
