I am thinking about getting on of them and was wondering what i should do. I have not seen either one of them in action and dont even know which one people are running. Do they use both equally or is one almost always ran over the other? Which one would i get more use out of? Which one is worth more? What should i expect to pay for each and will i regret it later on if the price drops crazy?

At 317 points the KC looks to be better but E-2 looks to be very good as well for less points.

The first thing you should do is realize that the E-2 is the one at 317 points, to avoid nasty surprises on eBay.

The E-2 is the most versatile piece as his defense is pretty reliable, he's immune to pushing damage and has that horrid Leading the Attack power that people rightfully fear. The KC, on the other hand, is an alpha strike piece with some limited options at the back of his dial and at lower point games (300-400) him being able to make a devastating first attack will make or break your game.

Considering Wizkids current tournament style you'll get equally little opportunity to play both pieces for a while, so stick with the playing style that appeals the most to you. I don't think either piece will drop much in price while they are tournament legal, as the availability seems to be quite a bit lower than the demand.

If you want every one at your venue to hate you. Then yeah buy the supes! (this is ment as a joke!)

I have 9 kc and e2 supes total at my venue. I hate crisis!

Another thing I'd consider is "What kind of team do you like to play?"

KC Supes has the Future and the Justice League keywords. So, for restricted play, you can form a pretty limited Justice League team (and soon CD will be retired, so Dark Knight will be gone from that choice). Future obviously has a lot of possibilities... I have seen KC teamed up with Rip Hunter before.

E-2 Supes is Justice Society, Metropolis, and Reporter. There are pretty good choices for higher-point games for JSA. Metropolis has pretty limited restricted choices, and Reporter is a generic keyword that has some relatively limited choices as well (basically, if you want Spidey and Supes to team up...).

As Doctor Diesel said, E-2 is better for the long fight, KC is better in the initial strike. The "trait" of "no pushing" is pretty amazing for E-2 but has it's own disadvantages... you can't purposefully get to another click on his dial, you have to hope you land there after a hit. E-2 obviously has better numbers, but he should at 80 points more.

I have neither, want E2, as it's the only rep of him. Although KC is a scary Mofo piece for the points, I still love the orig's sculpt over the new one. (still the best sculpt bar none)

I'm a particular fan of the E-2 Superman. The "Grandaddy" of them all.

KC does alright and ends fools but E-2 rides like a luxury vehicle while crushing skulls.

I'd get e-2 since he's a one-of-a-kind right now.
