Ok, for week 11 people are saying that they want to play Galactus, Now onto my question, what is the big difference between wizcon Galactus and the 2007 Comming of Galactus?
The really big one is that the original Galactus had Cosmic Multi-Attack which let him take 3 actions a turn. You could move him then attack twice in the same turn.
The new one has normal multi-attack.
It's okay man. It's not your fault. No, really it's not your fault man.
You can't move and attack with him he doesn't have running shot. But the triple attack is correct. As far as the dials go they are the same. Some of the scenario rules are different I think. You can't use the old one anyway though - it's retired. The event this weekend is special constructed - constructed and only 30 pts in feats

Per the original Galactus rules:
Give Galactus a Power action; it can take three free actions. These free actions can be close or ranged combat, move, or power actions. This power can be used only once during each of your turns, and it cannot be countered or lost.
This made Galactus very powerful when used as a force. Unless there was a lot of blocking terrain it was impossible to hide from Galactus such that he couldn't attack you each turn.
Looking at the dials on Battleplanner shows that the 2 Galacti have the same exact dials.
