Hey. When you use Incapacitate, it says your damage value becomes zero until the action is resolved. In the rule book it says damage from an attack that deals zero damage can be modified. Does this mean you can use Enhancement to boost a range Incap attack damage? Just hoping against hope.

The damage VALUE is held at 0 until the action resolves. Incap changes the value to 0. Enhancement would add a +1 modifier to it. Since Incap keeps the value at 0 until the action resolves, the Enhancement has no effect.*

The damage DEALT can be increased. A critical hit, for example, will do this.


* - I don't want to say Enhancement doesn't work. I would say that it is there, but ineffective. Who knows what we might get someday. For example, Captain Schlomo has "Power Boost: Captain Schlomo can use Enhancement. When he does, in addition to the normal effect, modify the attackers attack value by +1."
