we're playing a game with the now-obsolete Legion rules and have the following situation:

Warskrull on its second click has Pulse Wave. Warskrull is adjacent to Falcon, a flyer. Can Warskrull use Pulse Wave (which would hit three other characters of mine within the halved range of 3...) or not? Thanks in advance.

if you follow the Legion rulebook, then it is okay to use PW while adjacent to flyers. So the answer is yes...as long as anyone, friendly or opposing, are within the range.

However, as the new FF rulebook took effect a few weeks ago - July 9th as I believe - then you cannot use the PW when it's based by anyone, grounded or flyer.

thebigZZZZZ is correct as of july 9th you cannot make a range combat action when adjacent to an opposing character. Unless you have the sharpshooter Ability.
