A couple of Clown Prince of Crime (brick fig) questions
As I was making the dial for the retailer version of the CPoC a couple of questions about him popped into my head...
Can he be carried? The rules specifically state that a double-base fig can't be carried, but he's not a double-base fig (and doesn't meet the rulebook definition for it). He's not a flier, transporter, duo, or other kind of character that it prohibited from being carried. I really don't see anything that would specifically disallow it. Thoughts?
Can I assign him feats that he may not ever be able to use? Let's say I want to give CPoC the Point Blank feat (pre-req of RCE). He only has RCE on that first of his three 'dials'. It's very possible that dial may not come up in a game and, therefore, CPoC would never have RCE. So could he be assigned the feat in the first place? Personally I think he could... he possesses the power somewhere on his dial and that's what is required. Thoughts?

As far as being carried.. I could see either put I'm guessing it will be ruled that he can't be carried.
Now for feats I believe it has already been stated by nbperp that you can assign feats to him as the pre-req is on his dial. maybe not the current part he is using but it is possible for that section of his dial to come up during the game.
I'll see If I can find a quote.
Who is the more foolish? The fool, or the fool who follows him?

OK I found a thread in the Judges area asking questions.
nbperp didn't come out and say it but he agreed with others who said that you would be able to assign feats without issue.
I did find one question nbperp replied to that would kind of go with this question.

Has this been asked and I missed it?
Adding to the list. I would say yes until we hear otherwise. He has Outwit on his dial. Nothing I see on CPOC says that the different starting clicks make it a different dial.

IIRC, this same issue came up with World's Finest, and the ruling was that a figure this size is considered to be a double-base figure and has the same limitations.

This should be allowed, yes. After all, a figure with Automatic Regeneration may be knocked straight past all Regeneration clicks...
What I want to know is :
One of the CPoC's SPs says " CPoC can use charge, when the CPoC is given a move or a power action he move up to his speed value and then as a free action make a close combat attack against an opposing character, then may finish his remaining move (if any), but may not attack that character again this turn"
So does this mean :
A) when using charge he can move up to his full move as long as he attacks someone on the way?
B) He can charge and attack two opposing characters? One during the charge and one at the end of it?
and
C) Can he use his full move attack when using another power (as long as it requires giving him a power or a move action)? Can he move first (for the SP) and then use the power that required a power action? or the other way around??
Thanks
Ryan

No it does not. Here is the power wording copypasted from the card:
Quote
Last Laugh The Clown Prince of Crime can use Charge. Once per
turn when the Clown Prince of Crime moves via a power action or move
action, he can make a close combat attack against a target opposing
character. After the attack resolves, he can continue his move, if any (he
breaks away automatically), but he can’t attack that target again that turn.

He cannot use full move Charge at all, just regular Charge. In short, when he uses Charge his move is halved, and along the way he can make one free close combat attack against a figure other than the one he is intending to attack at the end of the Charge.
Alternately, he can be given a regular move action and attack someone with a free close combat attack along the way, then finish his move.
All combat values are subject to the rule of three when being modified.
The Kinetic Accelerator has set a precedent for ignoring the rule of 3, so the question is a fair one. In the case of the Killing Joke power however, I would say that the rule of 3 is valid.

No it hasn't.
The KA creates a replacement value, not a modification.

WF is a flier, so it didn't apply to that fig.

Well that's a ###### ruling. Only the sculpt/multiple dials make him a 2x2. He's still just one "normal sized" character.
Thanks for the help everyone.
