Doom can use Outwit. When Doom uses Outwit, he can use it normally, or choose to counter all powers or all abilities of a target character 6 or fewer squares away.

All Powers = powers on the dial?
All abilities = TA?

Could not find a thread..I know this has to be a rerun question but I have 2 of these Dooms now and I am not sure what the differences is between the 2 options.

It is all of the powers...showing or not showing.

The abilities do not include the team abilities.

I guess my confusion is what is the difference between Abilities and powers?

Abilities are the things discussed on pages 17-18. Powers are the things represented by the squares on the dial.

they really need to change that to team affiliation. that way people will stop being confused.

Taking away the powers would counter anything that's printed on the dial.

Taking away abilities would take away things like Sharpshooter, Indominable, Carry, Capture, etc.
