There was someone in at the store I go to to play heroclix who said that you can not TK giants. I have read the rules, and here it is:
(2) Move an Object or a Friendly Character: This character targets an object or a friendly character that is 8 or
fewer squares away and moves it up to 8 squares so long as it ends its movement 8 or
fewer squares from this character in a square to which this character has a clear line of
fire.
It was one of the changes in the F4 rulebook/PAC, it used to be a no-no, but now there is nothing to prevent it. At least with friendly giants, moving opposing figures still stipulates a and non-doublebase.
You can use Telekinesis to move any friendly character that does not have a double base.
You can use Telekinesis to move any opposing character with the standard damage symbol () that does not have a double base.
You can use Telekinesis to attack any opposing character with an object.
Giant Characters
• A giant character must be one square away from blocking terrain to destroy it.
• A friendly giant character can be moved with Telekinesis. An opposing giant character cannot.
The only restriction on TK-ing a friendly character is the size of its base: duo-base or larger figures cannot be TK-ed. Giants and Duo figures may be TK-ed.
