Quick question, i can use Probability Control with HSS characters, like Johnny Quick or Crisis Flash, during a HSS action, right?
And i will be able to do this with new Zoom during a HSS + Flurry too?
Thx!

Yes with Crisis Flash and Zoom. No to Johnny Quick because of the limitations of him requiring an action token to use prob control, which he can't do if he is the one taking the action.
Well, I AM pretty awesome.
An understanding of the law of large numbers leads to a realization that what appear to be fantastic improbabilities are not remarkable at all but, merely to be expected.

Just to clear up, yes you can use the CSA granted PC during HSS. The limitation would be that Johnny Quick cannot be given the token for PC himself because he's already mid-action during HSS. But CSA allows you to give PC tokens to other friendly figs which would be legal.

This limitation would only apply if he already had one token before the action began.
It is perfectly ok for JQ (with no tokens) to be given his power action for HSS, make his attack, PC it with his TA taking the token himself, and then finish his HSS.

CRIME SYNDICATE
Crime Syndicate team members may use Probability Control (though they do not possess the Probability Control power). Whenever a Crime Syndicate team member uses Probability Control granted by this team ability, you must place an action token on that character or another friendly character on the battlefield that has zero or one action token. A character with one action token that is being given an action other than a free action can’t have an action token placed on it by this team ability. If an action token can’t be placed, this team ability can’t be used. This team ability can’t be used by wild cards.
Clarifications:
• The character using this team ability is subject to all the standard rules regarding Probability Control with the additional requirement of placing a token on a character in order to use the ability.
• The token may be assigned to any character with less than 2 tokens unless the character will receive a token as a result of the current action.
• Applying a second token to a character would deal normal pushing damage to that character at the end of the action.
This limitation would only apply if he already had one token before the action began.

I though the bolded text forbade JQ from taking the CS token in mid HSS since he will receive a token as the result of the current (HSS) action.

It does seem to imply that, though the text of the team ability itself doesn't support the clarification. I'd say the clarification was written too generally in this case.

Hmm...
I'd taken that to mean that if you are trying to Incap my CSA, I can't put the token on him.
I'd say that would also be legal since it's not disallowed by the TA text.
But the players guide is an official document that overrides the wording on the card, so that is not allowed.
I had always taken the passage in question as to disallow the character taking the action from getting the token. Now that Harpua points out the other reading, I can see where that may be incorrect...

Indeed. I think this ruling needs to be looked at and clarified as to what exactly it means next go-round of the player's guide updates. As is, it changes the team ability to function very differently from the way it's written. IMO, if they're making a change like this, they need to change the actual text of the ability (similar to the clarifications that change the text of the JSA, Titans, etc. TAs currently) rather than just adding this as a ruling.
Edit: Interestingly, would you be allowed to reroll a missed incapacitate attack, since then you wouldn't be getting a token from the action? It's very unlikely you'd want to, but something to think about.
