If two friendly members of the Superman Enemy team are adjacent, the character with the highest point value gains Outwit. If that character already possesses Outwit, this team ability does not work. This team ability ceases to function at the end of an action in which the two Superman Enemy team members are no longer adjacent.
okay knowing this:
1. I have SI Spiderman and Ironfist on a team. (there is a Mister mind figure as well) Fist outwits a characters invulnerability 5 squares away from him. An adjacent opposing figure to Spidey is hit with doubles (Spidey changed to Ultimate X-men for the +1 bonus) who get knocked in front of the character I previously outwitted with Fist. (blocking his line of fire) I change back into superman enemy: Is the character's invulnerability still outwitted?
2. Is the Superman enemy outwit unoutwittable by opposing characters?
3. If I have SI Dtarter Doom (again having a Supes enemy on the team) and someone outwits my Latveria outwit...Can I switch to use Superman enemy outwit, outwit the opposing outwit AND reuse my Latveria outwit?

Not sure what you mean here...

Yes. Outwit is granted by the TA. TA's are not able to be Outwitted (unless you are using the Dissent feat).

No. If the character already has Outwit they cannot use the Outwit granted by the TA. He still possess the SP, even though it is Outwitted.
Ha Ha. Should've known it would be confusing......
The first one is basically asking if I'm using the SE TA and switch to another TA (with a wilcard) and go back to the original SE TA, if what I outwitted before is still outwitted or could it be changed now.

You lose the outwit as soon as you switch TA, and from what I know (which is little) you can not outwit twice in a turn so you couldn't 'change' your outwit.
for the first one, when you lose outwit, what is outwitted is no longer outwitted, so the defense power would no longer be outwitted, and since you already used the outwit to begin with, you can't use it again to outwit :-s

This is incorrect as it is via an SP. Doom doesn't possess Outwit. He can use it.

You can't use the same Outwit twice in one turn, but if it is from differen sources, that is fine.
For example, under the right circumstances Leader can use Outwit 4 times in one turn.
