On Immortus's card it says that "Immortus can use Outwit and Probability Control. Probability Control can't be used by opposing characters to which Immortus has a clear line of fire"

My question is that, does Immortus have to see the Character with Probability Control, or does he only have to see the attacker in which the Probability Control Character is making the re-roll?

A = Opposing Character with Probability Control
B = Opposing Attacker
X = Clear line of Sight
Z = Blocking
I = Immortus

Immortus can only see C, when C attacks Immortus, can A use it's probability control ?

Yes, "A" can use Prob Control because Immortus cannot see him, and he is the figure "using" the power.

I believe Imortus needs LoF to the character that has prob or in the case of Theme Prob the one getting the token.

So in your example the character that Imortus can not see can use his prob.

I'm not 100% and if I'm wrong I'm sure someone will correct me soon enough.

edit: And see there it is. Some one has beet me to the punch yet again. At least I was correct.

i am still waiting to see two people field immortus just so TIME CAN END. that or just no probs are allowed ;-)
