I just need some clarification on how ICWO and Oracle works.

I was wondering if you could ICWO with Dark Knight, give him an action to turn Oracle's dial to the outwit. So that gives DK outwit.

First is this how you use the card and Oracle?
Can DK use the Outwit in the same turn that he was given the action to turn the dial?

Sounds like you understand it just fine.

Assign ICwO to the Dark Knight and another character (it has to be assigned to at least two characters).
At the beginning of your turn, give the Dark Knight a power action to turn Oracle's dial to any click. One with Outwit, in your example. You can then give the Dark Knight a free action to use the Outwit granted by ICwO+Oracle.

Ok so doesn't that mean DK has to MAKE a power action in order to turn the dial on Oracle, i.e. Some sort of attack or use of power? OR is the power action turning oracle's dial?
