When giving Psycho-Man a power action to use his SP: control box, and choosing the 2nd option: DOUBT, The card reads: Choose target opposing character... but does not specify that Psycho-Man needs Line-of-fire or has to be within his printed range. Does this allow him to target any opposing fig on the board, or does the targeting have to be within his printed range? Under the Heroclix rules glossery under Target it reads: "The character or characters against which an attack is being made or a power is being used." It does not specify that the target fig must be within Psych-Man's range for him to use this particular special power. So the way I understand it, he doesn't need LOF or to be within his printed range, and can target any opposing fig on the battlefield. Am I correct here?
