If I Mind Control an opponent's figure and make him attack the Arachnos guy on his team, is feedback damage dealt or is the TA such that he can elect not to give the feedback damage? Any help would be great, thanks
All team abilities are optional, so your opponent could choose to cancel his Mystics team ability when the attack is made.

The way it would work is this
I MC character A then I declare character A will attack character B. At this point (i.e. when I give the action to my puppet), before any dice are rolled, you declare whether the TA is on or off

As I understand it, team abilities can be switched off or on with each action, so above scenario wouldn't work.
No. Canceling a team ability works just like canceling a power.
From the rulebook (p. 18):
"Canceling team abilities. All team abilities are optional and can be canceled. However, if a team ability is not canceled at the beginning of an action, it is in effect during the action. When a team ability is canceled, it remains canceled until the end of the turn and resumes effect at the beginning of the next player’s turn."

Does someone have a Rulebook page/paragraph reference on this? At my last match, I had someone tell me that turned off powers/team abilities stay off until the beginning of YOUR next turn, not the next player's turn.

They have changed Mind Control so much I am not sure of this, but would the Mystics not have to be turned off at the beginning of the Mind Control action, not just the beginning of the mind controlled character's attack? Or is this just Wildcard abilities I am thinking about?
