Hey peeps, I've got two questions here if anyone knows anything about them.

1) Do we know who the Dark Avengers will be yet?

2) Rumor is that Psylocke's coming back to 616. Does anyone have the 411 on it?

I can't seem to give you rep for some reason, but thanks anyway for the best comic news I've heard in a while.

That news is truly awesome. Hopefully it will lead to a new series - Newer Exiles. Written by the spectacular talent of NOT Chris Claremont, and featuring characters people actually care about, it's sure to be awesome.

check out IGN, they have a cover preview for Dark Avengers. Has a version of Wolverine (Daken?), Black suit Spidey(venom?), Ms Marvel (Ultra Girl from Initiative), Iron Patriot (?)

As for my guesses, I have no clue. Costumes aren't a clear indication of who anyone is in my opinion, other than some loose tenuous connection connection to a character.

I'll wait for the 1st issue before passing judgment, but as for first thoughts -

Iron Captain America does not impress me at all.

Hawkeye interests me when he's written right. Bendis probably won't do it though. Busiek and Nicieza nailed him in Thunderbolts, and then Austen and Bendis reverted him right back to a stereotype when they brought him back to the Avengers.

Ultra Girl would be interesting, or maybe Ms. Marvel went back to the old costume. I'm interested no matter what.

Black suit Spidey? Venom? Anti-Venom? Yawn? I'll go with yawn.

And Wolverine will definitely be on the team. But he'll also be on the X-Men. And X-Force. And the New Avengers. And the Mighty Avengers. And the Defenders. And the Champions. And Force Works. And the Thunderbolts. And Heroes for Hire. And... well, you get the point. I am so sick of Wolverine.

Here's hoping that means they'll be another series.

I was going to guess the Wolverine character was X-23, until someone pointed out that the claws are wrong (three on the fist instead of two). So I have no idea who the claw chick is, and that the costume looks like Wolverines makes it even more confusing. Is there another female version of Wolverine running around anywhere?

Well now I don't have to worry about dropping new exiles..

Man that comic was SO good until Claremont took over.. Now it's a piece of garbage that I keep holding on to to see how he does Proteus..

My guess.. Psychic knife to the brain by his love child Psylocke.

Don't get me wrong.. I love Psylocke as a character.. But I hate how "godly" she has to be because of claremont..

If Claremont has Psylocke use her psychic knife to kill Proteus and lets Morph return to normal, I can forgive Claremont for a lot of things. The choice to stick Proteus in Morph's body always bugged me. If Claremont did away with that mess, I might even give New Exiles a chance.:speechles

And yeah, Psylocke is a bit too godly under Claremont's direction. He likes to play favorites, I guess.

In Marvels Cup'o Joe, Quesada revealed a cover with Blink on it. Maybe thats a sign of things to come.

This is when I lost interest in Exiles. I hated that they put Proteus into Morph.
