Page 10, 1st complete paragraph:
"A Character can draw a line of fire to itself or to the square it occupies. Grounded characters block line of fire only to other grounded characters."
Here's the question: Why is the sentence about grounded to grounded in the rules? Is there an exception about line fire over characters that involves non-grounded (flying?) characters? Or is this rule to be contrasted with the LOF rules concerning giant characters?
Please help!

Here is the definition of Grounded in the glossary -

- so its not refering to flying characters (at least not unless they are on elevated...), as -

- instead it is refering to anyone on elevated terrain, who can indeed draw fire to a grounded figure hiding behind another grounded figure. (and vice versa...)
