When are where did they confirm Connor Kent and Black Hand as Black Lanterns? The only two that I know of are E2 Supes and MM.

Can't you read? It says so on the title.

William Hand plays a key roll in the Black Lanterns. His story is told in the Green Lantern "Origin" parts 1-6. He basically has a weapon he stole from Atrocitus (The Red Lantern) that let's him drain power ring of their charge. Also Atrocitus was able to see "a great darkness" within him. Finally the Black Battery is shaped in the symbol of the Black Hand.

Connor Kent and Firestorm (Ronnie Raymond) are for sure. There is also word of a Luthor being brought back (Alex I suppose.)

I hope Max Lord doesn't make it back since they used his living brain for the "Lord Eye" computer that controls the OMACs.

William Hand is also incredible fascinated with DEATH.

He was killed in Green Arrow when Green arrow was hostage of the Amazons and he and Black Canary went to save him. He was shot when leaving the island.
Conner Kent was confirmed in the issue Adventure Comics (i think) issue #0 (the one with superboy and the Legion of Super Heroes coming back and taking him to the future)

Also Confirmed is The scared guarding in the issue of Secret Six. As Scar was talking about Lex Luthor she said that a Luthor would save him. But that he was dead. But that they control the dead with a picture of Conner Kent. (has DNA of lex so it makes him a Luthor)
