Lets say you have a wildcard character. You have an Ultimates and and Ultimates X-Man on your team.
You give the wildcard a power action and charge...
Can you declare Ultimates during the move action to avoid hindering, then delcare the Ultimates X-Men to get the +1 to your attack?
Or are you stuck with one or the other?

FF Rule book page 18: Wild cards can use only one team ability per action. During your turn, you must declare any change in the team ability used by a wild card when you declare an action.
You have to choose TA's when you declare the Power Action to Charge.
