What's going on there with the TA/Wildcard changes in the last rulebook? Can they still do defenders and abuse ant-man from IC? Can they lend to sinsyn?

Thunderbolts have been ruled to possess the TA they choose, so they can share their values. This ruling was made when Mercenary was released.

Thanks quebbster--I was unsure as to whether they 'possessed' or could 'use' the TA.
