I think it works but, I wanted to ask opinions. Could I put alias on a figure without shape change, and then put camoflauge on that same character?? and even further, if it works, then alias is optional, so could I keep alias on him at all times??
No, to put a feat on a figure it must qualify for the feat on at least one click of it's dial without any sort of external modification to the figure.
It's similar to how figures who are Bat Allies often do not qualify for stealth feats. Because they do not actually have stealth, they have a team ability that allows them to use stealth.
From the rulebook, p. 19:
"In order to be assigned a feat, a character must meet its prerequisites.
A prerequisite power or combat value does not need to be visible on a character’s starting click for the character to be assigned the feat, but the character’s combat dial must be able to turn so that all power and combat value prerequisites for the feat are visible through the stat slot at the same time."
Alias being a feat card, it would never be visible through the stat slot.

Sorry.
But if they have a team ability allows then to USE STEALTH, shouldn't they qualify to the use of feat that require stealth? I tough this was similar to the use of special powers that allow you to use a certain power to qualify for the use of a feat, like the riddler's stunning blow...

The passage from the rules that Drunky quoted explains why the Bat Ally TA doesn't qualify figs to use feats that require Stealth. The TA is never visible through the stat slot, so they will never qualify for the feat. Yes, there are feats that require TA's, but by having the TA Prereq, they are made as exceptions to the rule.
If a character can use a power or ability via a special power or ability, it can be assigned a feat with that power or ability as a prerequisite, but it must be able to use the power or ability on its own.
Batman Allies can use Stealth via the team ability. The meet the prerequisite is therefore met to be assigned and to use feats with a prerequisite of Stealth.
As Harpua says, Bat Allies can use feats that require Stealth as a pre-req. It's covered in the rules and in the player's guide: if a character can use a standard power or ability through a special power or ability they can be assigned feats requiring the standard power or ability.
The Alias/Camo trick won't work, though, because the character doesn't have Shape Change provided by a standard or special power or ability: you can't use a feat to meet the pre-req for a feat.
Sorry, no. Team abilities that allow the use of powers to not meet the prereq of a feat.
For one thing, this was in my right up back when FF first released and I wrote a summary of rulebook changes (link here for the full post). Note the emphasized text at the end:

Feat prerequisites – okay folks, sit down. I daresay this will cause a ruckus of applause. Special Powers can now be used to fulfill the prerequisites for feats. Armor Wars Spider-Man is delighted to be equipped with Stunning Blow. And dozens of answers in the rules forum archive are now wrong . Other rulings still apply – a character with Outwit and a special power that lets him “use” Outwit are still different instances of a power and could both be used by that character on the same turn.
I expect that there are going to be a number of questions that come up regarding how specific special powers work with certain feats. The general rule we’ll be using is any feat activated through a special power that limits/alters the use of the power can be used but would still be limited/altered accordingly. For example, let’s say a character has an ability “Shaft can use Perplex but can only target himself.” And that he also qualifies to be assigned Brilliant Tactician. If this special power is the only form of Perplex Shaft has, then this would be a poor choice of Feats. The limitation of only targeting himself would still apply, making BT’s ability to target many others with the use of the feat unusable. On the flip side, if the special power were “Shaft can use Perplex but can modify combat values by +2 if the target character does not have a token”, Shaft would be able to use BT and any character without a token would get their combat value modified +2 while other characters would be modified +1.
Note that team abilities – either natural, from special powers, or from wild cards using – cannot be used to meet the prerequisites for feats. For example, Batman Allys still cannot be assigned feats like “Ambush” unless they can use Stealth through s power.
Now that's now a rulebook or anything, so let's take a look at page 19:

On its face, this seems to support the idea that a team ability can allow the use of a feat. Team Abilities are a type of ability, so "If a character can use a power or ability via a special power or ability..." should mean that a "character can use Stealth via a Team Ability would allow the prerequisite.
But now, take a look at the Player's Guide, page 3:

Page 19, the third paragraph of Assigning feats begins: “If a character can use a power or ability via a special power or trait, it can be assigned a feat…”
This bullet clarifies rulebook that any ability that lets you use a power is not sufficient to meet the prereq - it must be a special power or a trait (in addition to the obvious of having the power itself). By limiting the description from "special power or ability" to "special power or ability", the clarification removes any doubt about team abilities - they do not act as prereqs for feats.

should be corrected into that:
