A simple question with perhaps a not so simple answer. Can The Question (Arkham Asylum version) use the Brilliant Tactician feat? Would using the Perplex from her special power remove her ability to meet the feat's Outwit prerequisite (since she can't use Outwit if she uses Perplex, and being able to use Outwit being one of BT's prerequisites)?
I'm inclined to say no but some more opinions, and perhaps an authoritative voice, on the matter would be appreciated.
"ASK THE QUESTION: Once during your turn, the Question can use Outwit or Perplex. When the Question uses Perplex, she can modify the combat values of only opposing characters."
She can be assigned Brilliant Tactician. But since she can modify the combat values of only opposing characters when using Perplex, Brilliant Tactician would be useless (she couldn't use it to modify friendly characters' combat values).
When using a standard power granted by a special power as a prerecquisite for a feat, you must follow the restrictions this special power has (if any).
