Just a general thread of appreciation. While going through boxes and packing things, I found my TPBs of The Kindly Ones and The Wake.

Most excellent stuff.

Beyond Excellent. Loved the entire series..........some less than others but still one of the best series ever.

I do also have Seasons of Mist. That one is probably my favorite.

Lucifer is just so delightful. Hahahaha.

I used to work at Mervyn's Department Store, and for some reason, I found that really funny when Dream's custodian was named Mervyn. When I first started there, I was essentially a custodian. My big, fat head, though, has never been mistaken for a pumpkin.

Season of Mists is my favorite. I enjoyed the entire series (even getting the Absolute collection) but Season of Mists is just so good.

"A Game of You" is my personal favorite. THe whole series is excellent, but that arc just had a lot of resonance for me.

The Lucifer 4 issue mini series and the follow up 75 issue regular were both great as well.

Tarnish

Yessss! Sandman is pretty much my favourite work of fiction, period.

That's why I bought all of the Absolute editions Sooo gorgeous!

My favorite is Brief Lives... but it's really hard to pick just 1 from that series.

My favorite issue is "Three Septembers and a January" (with Emperor Norton). I bought all the TPBs, but now I'm buying the Absolutes (when I can get them on the cheap).

OH Is that the one that had Samuel Clements appear in it? And it essentially alluded to the fact that Emperor Norton inspired the "King" of Huckleberry Finn Fame.
