I had her try to take a shot on Sinestro Corps batman and hit sucessfully through elevated terrain.
1.Is this Legal.
2.Can I outwit a characters Camouflage when the are next to a wall.
3.Can I target them.

Thanks.
1. Yes it is. She ignores terrain, walls and other charecters' stealth.
2. Yes, the feat only works to block LoF when being targetted by a ranged combat attack.
3. Not when you are attempting a ranged combat attack. Otherwise, yes you may target tham.
You counter the prerequisite power and the feat can't be used. So far in the game, there's nothing which can actually counter a feat. (Thwart ignores the feat, but the feat is not countered.)
the best thing is to play on the junkyard with susan and just shoot out of the little compactor area. this will make ppl come to you and the rest of the team will be waiting.
@antonio.clark.art is my instagram.take a look and tell me what you think....be blessed!!!

So like hero_guy said. Even with the camouflage feat assigned to a character they can still be ranged by her right.

If a fig has camo on them and are next to blocking terrain they can not be attack by anyone in the game by ranged attacks. This includes Sue Richards.
The only way around camo is to outwit camo then make the ranged attack.

The only way around camo is to outwit the prerequsite power for camo then make the ranged attack.
Clarified your response a bit.

well to start with yeah, but PW also does not target
edit: this applies for when SCAM uses his PW he still gets to hit someone with camo
SCAM would not be able to hit someone with Camo.

CAMOUFLAGE
Cost: 8
Prerequisite: Shape Change
Choose a character. When the character is adjacent to a wall
or blocking terrain, any line of fire for a ranged combat
attack drawn to the character is blocked.
Quote
Time to Feed: The Guardian of Fear can use Pulse Wave,
but his range value is not halved, his damage value is not
replaced, and he does not ignore characters’ powers, team
abilities, or feats. Immediately after the attack is resolved,
heal the Anti-Monitor of 1 damage for each opposing
character that took damage from the attack (maximum 4
healing).
Quote
Pulse Wave
Give this character a ranged combat action; halve its range
value until the action has been resolved. All powers, traits
and team abilities possessed or used by characters within
range of this attack as well as feats assigned to them are
ignored until the action has been resolved, though wild cards
using this power can use the team ability of a friendly
character within range of this attack. At least one opposing
character must be within range of this attack to activate this
power. Draw lines of fire to every character (friendly and
opposing) within range in every direction; these lines of fire
ignore characters, but are affected normally by terrain. If
clear lines of fire can be drawn to two or more characters,
this character’s damage value becomes 1 until the action has
been resolved. Make a single attack roll and compare the
result to the defense value of each character in range; each
character hit is dealt damage. Attacks made with this power
do not target characters.
SCAM's PW does not ignore feats, so Camo is active.
Camo prevents a line of fire from being drawn.
Pulse Wave needs to be able to draw LoF in order to make the attack.
If Camo said that it prevented the character from being targeted, then it would work, but as it is, Camo prevents SCAMs PW from hitting the Camo'd guy.

Hmm..sorry about any confusion in my posts, but Not even Sue can see through Camo. It's a slightly weird distinction between Sue ignoring terrain while the target doesn't. Because the target doesn't ignore the terrain, Camo will still trigger. And because nothing in the wording of Camo says to treat the LoF as crossing blocking terrain (or any kind of terrain) Sue must deal with it. Camo simply says that LoF is blocked.

Wouldn't that also be true for PW in general?
I mean, if LOF are blocked for ranged attacks with Camo, you can't be hit by a PW. right?
