This is incorrect.

Giants ignore figures when drawing LoF.

As long as B is not a giant or colossal figure, LoF can be drawn.

Yes.
Lines of fire drawn to and from a giant character aren't affected by standard-size characters. And a line of fire drawn from a giant to an elevated character (and vice-versa) is treated as though both were elevated characters.

So make sure to cancel Skrull Yellowjacket's SP before your opponents' turn so he can't draw a LOF back to you during his turn!

Or wait until his turn to do it. I can be canceled on any action, so let him burn his TK positioning only to have the TKee be suddenly unable to do what he'd wanted to do.
