There is a strategy that I have been wanting to try out for a while and I finally got a chance to play it. When I did play it, what seemed like a good idea at first just ended up feeling severely broken. I need to know if I did this right/legal. 800 pts, I will only mention the figs that are in question
Mandarin (AV)
Dr. Strange SI
Graviton SN
Jane Foster LE Xpl w/ Invigorate and Warbound
Paramedic Xpl w/ Warbound
Basically they all stick together and shoot out making the most of their ranges. Assuming that they are all in the position that I want on the map this is how it went down
Turn 1: Strange, Graviton, and Mandarin fire out to hit. (Mandarin is using his Psychic blast, and Strange uses his ignoring hindering trait, Graviton Incaps as he sees fit.)
Jane Foster then uses support to heal anyone that needs it since she is adjacent to all three. As a result this triggers the invigorate to remove the tokens from the three that just used up actions. The Paramedic takes Jane fosters action token via warbound.
Turn 2: Strange, Graviton, and Mandarin fire out to hit. (Mandarin is using his Psychic blast, and Strange uses his ignoring hindering trait Graviton Incaps as he sees fit.)
Jane Foster then uses support to heal anyone that needs it since she is adjacent to all three. As a result this triggers the invigorate to remove the tokens from the three that just used up actions. This time though Jane Foster takes the token and the paramedic clears.
Turn 3: See turn 1 So on and so fourth.
After a while it felt really broken. I actually felt kinda bad for my opponent. Thoughts? Was this correct or legal?

It was legal from what I can tell.
Warbound allows a figure to keep going as you said and it doesn't sound like anyone was doing a power action before or after Invigoration.
there is no restriction to using support when someone is fully healed, only that u can not heal more than starting click. of course that means if he roles a crit miss then the figure will take one click
I just read the feat for Invigorate and I don't understand it. From the way I read it, it sounds like you can only use it on people who haven't been given non-free actions and who won't be given non-free actions that turn. The only instances where I can see this coming in handy are for team-prob, warbound, and incap victims. I know I am reading it wrong because of Harpula's a-ok, but how in the world does it work? Was it errata-ed, or am I just severely misreading it?
"Choose a character. When the character uses Support,
remove one action token from adjacent friendly characters
(maximum three total tokens removed.) Characters that have
action tokens removed from them can’t be given
power actions the same turn this feat is used."
the feat was errated to say power actions not non-free actions.

I'm confused... in the example, mandarin, Gravitron and DS were given power actions, when the card clearly states they can't be given power actions if they're invigorated. If I'm understanding right, as long as the actions are given before they're invigorated it's ok - but the wording on the card doesn't make it sound like that's ok...

Psychic Blast: Give this character a ranged combat action.
Damage from the attack is penetrating damage.
Incapacitate: INCAPACITATE Give this character a close combat or ranged combat action; its
damage value becomes 0 until the action has been resolved. If the attack succeeds against a
target that has zero or one action token, give the target an action token.
They were not given power actions therefore they were allowed to be invigorated.
Well you can even give them power actions too. The order of your attacks needs to be Attack 1st then invigorate since the shooters have already taken there actions.
