Attacking a stealth character on an object with the object and TK
I tried searching the forum for this and couldn't find an answer.
A stealthy character (LE EXP Electra) is sitting on a heavy object. Can a character with TK (Tomar Re after some abuse has been put on him) use that object to attack the character? The rules state that the attack is as if it originated from the object. It is in base contact so should be able to attack right?

How come I've never seen this question posted before OR this stategy?
While not a common strategy, it isn't a secret or anything...
I guess most people tend to get a sort of tunnel vision with TK and think of it as only moving figures and forget how to effectively attack with it, too. That said, I've used it to bonk Stealthers with their own hiding spot many a time. Even if I miss the attack roll, the object is gone now so the rest of my team has a clear shot.

What happens if you just destroy the object underneath the stealthed figure?
The same thing that happens when you destroy any object with an attack
As long as the TKer can make ranged attacks (not based by opponent), it is totally allowed.
The object does not block affect the LoF and therefore does not activate the Stealth.
So, I can assume the character with stealth does not block line of sight to the object being used in the TK attack with stealth? That's a new one to me... I knew you could grab it with super strength, but didn't know you could do that...

No. A character (Stealthy or otherwise) never blocks LoF to the square it occupies.*
It is the same thing as how I can destroy (with a ranged attack) the dumpster on which Batman is standing.
*I should say that a part of the base does not block LoF to the square that part occupies. Let's say that Lockjaw's backside is on the Broken Hydrant. (I wonder what it's doing there?!?!?) I cannot see through his head to destroy the Hydrant under the butt.
Honestly I think there has to be a better way to do stealth at least with the rules. I mean people can see the character know where it is so u automatically have to know your opp is mentally trying to deal with them somehow. just wished there was a better solution to the problem.

Well see, I'd like to go out on a limb here and say that if something shoots me and it's coming from the direction of the bush 10 feet to my left, i've got it in my best interest to see what the hell is up with that bush 10 feet to my left and not just walk away and say "oh.... well that was weird."

Also remember seeing something, and seeing enough of that something to target effectively are two different things. Stealth characters are (usually) very good at using that cover to keep their profile concealed enough to prevent a good shot. Not necessarily completely invisible. Though there are exceptions to this (Invisible Woman, Phantom Lady) but they are more rare than the Batman style of stealth.

That's a very good point. Oddly enough all the years I've been playing heroclix, I never thought of that.

Stealth used to be a great ability but it seems like every time something gets added or changed Stealth gets hurt. It used to be that if you attacked an object to destroy it it just left hindering in its place kinda like when u destroy a wall which was good against super strength but did nothing for stealth then they changed the rules, I think in the Fantastic Four starter, that a square with an object in it just became clear when the object was destroyed and the object was just removed so stealth can't rely on an object anymore to hide. Its almost as if every time they went to make changes Wizkids thought stealth was still too broken and had to come up with some kind of rule change or new ability that nerfed stealth even more. Stealth is almost useless at this point.
