So, my question is ... Does Ultimate or the Superman Team ability see trough Camouflage, Submerged or some dolphin symbol pieces power, worded as bellow :
"When CHARACTER occupies water terrain, any line of fire drawn to him is treated as if it crosses blocking terrain."
SUPERMAN ALLY A character using the Superman Ally team ability ignores the effects of hindering terrain (including team abilities that give hindering terrain bonuses) on its movement, combat, powers, and feats.
ULTIMATES A character using the Ultimates team ability ignores the effects of hindering terrain (including team abilities that give hindering terrain bonuses) on its movement, combat, powers, and feats.
What we do in life echoes in eternity!
Respect is a given, only disrespect can be earned.
No, because water terrain isn't hindering terrain except for movement purposes. So since they are not drawing LoF to hindering there is nothing they can ignore.
Once upon a time (while Hair10 was RA) the TA's "trumped" Submerged...despite the very clear wording on the card that they should not...eventually this ruling was reversed.
Karl's ruling *always* bothered me, because the text for Submerged was crystal clear (essentially "lines of fire are blocked") but he insisted on a tortured logic to rule that they were not. Making matters worse IMO was that *if* Karl's ruling had been the 'correct' one, what he needed to do was publish an errata to repair the text of the card.
Yeah, I have trouble letting this one go as it's the topic that got me temporarily banned from the WizKids forums!

On the other hand, if I recall correctly the original ruling came down when water was still considered a modified version of hindering terrain... so the logic wasn't as tourtured as you make it out to be
However, after water was redefined a couple starters ago to be its own separate terrain type, that argument no longer had a leg to stand on.
Thanks guys, I asked because I just lost with my dolphin thematic team to a Icon Veteran Superman, but now I see the outcome could have been different ...

When the feat says "blocked", it means "blocked".
Ultimates/Superman Ally doesn't say anything about ignoring FEATS or being able to ignore blocked lines of fire.

As pointed out above, at the time that ruling was made, water terrain was hindering terrain which had the property of being clear for LoF. The water terrain (ie, hindering terrain) is what blocked the LoF. Since Supes/Ults ignored hindering terrain, including water terrain as it was hindering terrain, there was no water terrain to activate the feat.
As I pointed out: tortured logic. If you need three+ sentences to negate a single line feat, they should have errataed the card. After all, Superman Ally never ignored "elevated terrain" that happened to also be hindering.

That's because that happens to be two types of terrain. Water terrain was only the one type, hindering.
For elevated hindering, Supes would ignore the part he can ignore...the hindering.
For water, he would ignore the part he can ignore...the hindering, which is all of it.
