Can Haymaker be used with a Flurry attack? Charge?

I'm finding Book of Destiny a bit confusing; it says on the card "from the end of your turn...to the beginning of your next turn, target character cannot evade attacks...". What good does that do, since you can't attack during your opponent's turn?

Haymaker does not work with Flurry because you need to give an action with both. If Flurry said "when you give this character a close combat action..." then yes it'd work.

Haymaker does work with Charge because you give a close combat action as a free action after your half move so you can use this action to activate Haymaker.

Book of Destiny is odd to me as well. The no Outwit or Prob I understand the evade attack part I can't figure out why its there unless they were thinking of some feat or special power I'm not thinking of or they did it as a just in case thing for the future.

maybe it is meant mainly for battle royal play. screw your neighbor type of thing. or even better. during a team match. use it on an opponent, then on your partners turn they have the advantage.

The evade attacks part is a bit weird, but it can happen, such as during an EE attack.
