A HO does 3 Damage when thrown in a range attack. It takes 3 Damage to Destroy an Object. Ergo, I should be able to throw a HO at another Object to destroy it. Yes?

That is not legal.
The only one which can be used is the Statue special object.
Page 14: "A character holding an object can throw it at a single opposing character..."
the same holds true for TK: "To attack with an object using Telekinesis, choose an object 8 or fewer squares away and a target opposing character 8 or fewer squares away"
Hmm. Thank you, gentlemen. I wonder who I can ask to get this changed in time for the release of the next starter. It shouldn't require a SO for someone with Super Stength to bust a bust a wall down with a HO at range or destroy another object with a HO if it takes 3 damage to do so.

It is the way it is.
Honestly, there are many, many, many, many other things I think could use a good tweaking before this particular bit.

Funny...that's exactly how I felt before they "tweaked" those particular object rules into the state they are currently in! (See also: one object on top of another object...)

Besides what Maraud said, are you saying that you used to be able to target terrain with a thrown object? Because I am pretty sure that has never been the case (at the very least, it wasn't a recent change as that Statue was in Sinister and that means that at least as far back as Danger Room we had to have a special object make an exception to the 'can't throw objects at walls' rule).
IIRC the non-targettting of terrain (with RCE, Objects, etc.) came at the same time as "rule of three", which was late enough after IC that it seemed like an unnecessary change.
It was one of those rules changes that I don't understand the motivation for the change. I grok that "its what the rules say", just not why it was necessary to make that change.

But with Barry and Hal's free use of TK twice a turn, being able to destroy another object with a HO might be invaluble (as in a Stealthed character is there) or destroying a wall with a HO would be nice. So where can I ask about this officially?

You have, and you've had official answers from two official deputies citing the official text of the official rules.

By the way, why don't you just use the first TK to smack the Stealthed guy with the object on which he is standing?
It would be much easier that way.
"To attack with an object using Telekinesis, choose an object 8 or fewer squares away and a target opposing character 8 or fewer squares away; the character using Telekinesis must have a clear line of fire to both the object and the target, but the object does not affect line of fire to the target."

First, I mean about getting the rule changed. A guy with Super Strength holding a HO can do 3 damage to a Opposing player shouldn't need a SO to bust down a wall or another Object. Does the Hulk only use Statues for this purpose? I know I would lose but I would just like to suggest it.
Second, what if someone on the opposite side is playing Nanobots? Yes, you can just pick the object and hit the stealthed person with it, but you might want to just get of the objects that turn. Maybe he Ordinary Day'ed your Damage Control.

You could try the Dear WizKids threads.
I have no idea if those are checked, but I doubt you'll have much luck anyway.

Making an attack with TK would also get rid of the object.
