I'm planning on trying out invigorate soon. I just want to clarify one thing
Quote
When the character uses Support, remove one action token from adjacent friendly characters (maximum of three total tokens removed.) Characters that have action tokens removed from them can't be given power actions the same turn this feat is used.
Does the support roll need to succeed? Does the character I'm attempting to invigorate need to actually receive healing to trigger the feat or can I do it to someone on their first click?

I cannot imagine a better legacy for my cousin.
The feat does not necessitate a successful support roll for the token removal to activate, only an attempt at support. As for support use on a top dial character, there is nothing that forbids this, but a character cannot be healed past their starting click.

Hmmm... good question. As it reads, no, you don't need to actually heal the character. Using Support (successful or not) is all that is required.
I had never really paid much attention to Invigorate. I may have to give it another look-see!
Oh it is nice...using it my Valkryie was able to keep my Thor nigh-Warbound like...and kept tokens off the two Warriros near-by as well. It was a beautiful thing to see...except the guy I was playing kept sobbing...not sure why though.

I've seen it played very effectively, on a Great 10 team and a Minions of Doom team. G10 has APP, who's great with it. Doom had a Hydra Medic and an AIM Medic, who kept healing each other for nothing, keeping tokens off of everyone they were adjacent to.

Just remember that this card has a clarification in the Player's Guide:

The last sentence reads "Characters that have action tokens removed from them can’t be given power actions the same turn this feat is used." This means that a character given a power action already cannot have its token removed. It also means that a character with a token removed cannot then be given a power action.
Just remember that this card has a clarification in the Player's Guide:
OK, I admit, I had not seen that clarification.
So let me get this straight.
If I give Thor and his two Asgardian Warrior buddies an action, and they all end said actions adjacent to my Valkyrie equipped with Invigorate, they all get a token.
Fair enough...thems the rules.
So, at this point I cannot remove their tokens using Invigorate.
Next turn I can Invigorate them by using Support on one of the three. However they cannot perform an action this turn.
OK...so whats the point of this feat then? If the "Invigorated" cannot perform an action in the same turn they have been "Invigorated" they simply "clearing" them has the same exact effect and it doesn't cost me a token (on the Supporter) or 10 extra points.
Yes, I can see that if you have a character that needs to be healed you can attempt to heal said character and in the process remove some tokens.
It just seems this feat went from "Cool!" to "Meh...".

Remember you can't Invigorate a figure that has taken or will take a Power action. Nothing wrong with using it on a figure that has taken or will take a RCA or CCA.

Ah, excellent point. I read that as "action" and not specifically "Power Action".

"Characters that have action tokens removed from them can’t be given power actions the same turn this feat is used."
or you can make a ranged attack or close comabt ACTION.
So Loki can sit there a PB all game long since it is not a power action.
Fixed it for you.
RCE (a power action) or HSS (also a power action) result in some kind of attack; as you had it written in your response, that would have been all that mattered... and that would have been incorrect. Just making sure someone who comes along didn't see that one response and think "oh, sweet! Let's HSS it up!"
Thinking about Invigorate in general: I knew you couldn't use Power Actions which, when combined with my missing that Support did not necessarily need to be used successfully, is what led me to dismiss this feat as not too useful at first. A two character Warbound pair could be just as effective, if not more so. But now that I have been shown the light, it is definitely worth taking this feat for a spin, even without being able to use power actions.
