I donated yesterday to become a bronze member but I haven't seen any of the benefits of it yet like no advertisements and the increased mailbox size. How long does the turnaround on this usually take since it doesn't look like it is automatic?

The wait has been taking awhile lately according to this thread, this thread and this thread.

It's human beings processing this stuff so it takes time.

Well, I'm one of those threads, so let me confirm that it is slow, because I'm at 8 days now (I think) since I donated.

Typhon said there was a problem send me a pm with your transaction details and I'll go ahead and forward it on to Typhon where I've brought it to his attention already.

So if you've donated adn stuff give me the date of the transaction and the email address the paypal was sent from.

If you've got a problem, when you contact Typhon be sure to include these things:

1. Your HCRealms username
2. The email you used to Paypal the info
3. The Paypal transaction number***

It helps expedite the process. That's me speaking from firsthand experience.

Typhon appears to be backed up. It's now been a few weeks since I donated and I sent Typhon 2 messages (in case he missed the first) with no luck yet. I assume he is either away or has a lot on his plate but I donated mainly because my message box (and also because I love the site lol) is full and I really would like the increase :P
