Nope, but I'm about to attempt this particular brand of sneakery and just want to head off any arguments at the pass. I checked the PAC and saw no reason that it wouldn't work. But, to the best of my knowledge, the good Captain is the only single base click with this ability and therefore the only one that could attempt a Capture and then be TK'ed.
I don't wanna break any rules, y'know.

Good luck with the Capture -- without him having Willpower, and since any push damage take him off the Capture ability, it's not the easiest thing in the world to pull off. Multiple TKs would probably be best to quickly get Captain Marvel back to the starting area to release his target, but then your build starts to be completely organized around pulling this off...

Fly in along with F4 starter Thing. Thing also shares the Soldier keyword with Cap Marvel, if that helps things any.

Dude, I came this close to pulling it off earlier this evening. My opponent based Captain Marvel with the giant Spectre. I used HA Enchantress to perplex my attack to a 12 and announced that I was attempting Capture. The look on my friend's face was priceless. And what he said when he realized that he was ONE SQUARE AWAY FROM MY STARTING AREA cannot be printed here. He then perplexed Zoom's damage to a three and I failed Impervious. Rats and dang it all! (He had already killed my other TK'er so I was forced to wait until my next turn to move.)
This close! I was this close to being epic!

One of my players used Capt. Mar-Vell to Capture my CPoC* which of course caused me headaches trying to resolve the rules. (Do his Jokerfish stay? Does he come back? How are those points calculated now?)
* My CPoC is NOT #840, by the way. If you or anyone you know has any information on the whereabouts of CPoC #840, please contact me.
This is where the real problem would have been. You can only capture standard characters. Standard characters have the -symbol. So no capturing giants.
Hmm... Tt seems that you can't capture flyers, swimmers, transporters, duos, sharpshooters or indomitables either. Or colossals, of course.

symbol, the attack symbol, the defense symbol, and the damage
symbol are standard combat symbols and follow all normal rules. The
standard abilities of standard combat symbols can’t be countered.

and this is where the Players Guide comes in handy
On page 18, the first phrase says: “Give this character a
power action and make a close combat attack against a
single target opposing character with the standard damage
symbol;”

My understanding was that if you use the capture ability to KO the CPoC, he is permanantly removed for the match, and you receive no victory points for capturing him. Is this wrong?
How much can you take, and keep moving forward?
The Green Lantern Corps is DC's version of the US Marine Corps.

I'm pretty sure that's right.

but correct on not being able to capture giants.
It is possible to capture Spectre. There are ways by which he could gain Earthbound (Swingline, Baffler).
