Unless the special object does something that the colossal rules specifically says the colossal ignores, then they'd work just fine.
But as absolutvt69 pointed out, a smart colossal player would just destroy any object that posed it a threat. Multi-attack = 1 shot on the object + 1 shot on target character of choice. Galactus doesn't have too much to worry about
thanks guys. so in a Galactus scenario where he just retaliates against attacks made against him and doesn't move........there's nothing he could do against a shield disruptor placed near him. as i understand he'd never be able to destroy it because a character can't split targets against an object and a target fig...it's an either/or situation right?
WW 05 Champ.Gen con 2014 Teams 3rd place/fellowship, Nationals '15 Top 8 ROC State 2015 2nd place 2016 WKO Arizona Champion
I don't think they ignore them but they could just step on them and destroy them so it's really not much of a threat.
Not if you TK Darkseid out and "Omega Effect" teleport Galactus next to the Shield Disruptor.

Correct.
But Normalview is referring to using the Colossal Multi-Attack ability. He'll get two attacks, and normalview's saying that Galactus could use the first of those two attacks to target the object (and just the object). Then use the second attack to target a character.

The Multiattack is not usable in the scenario. The object can neot be destroyed by Galactus in the scenario.
...Or unless one of the colossals try to step on or attack the Golden Hammer. I say stand them on it and try to pick it up. Why not have a Galactus, Spectre, Starro, etc. with a +2 to attack and damage?

Pardon the dense Harpua, but why isn't multiattack usable in this scenario?
Not trying to be a jerk and argue...I just don't follow the logic & want to understand.
Basically it's because Galactus can only attack those who are attacking him out of retaliation. The object isn't attacking him, so it can't be targeted.

I ran the scenario just for fun after a tournament against a few of my regulars. One of the guys threw down the Shield Disruptor and I ruled that he couldn't because it was supposed to be a fun game. They need to eratta that for the scenario.

If you look at the rule sheet you will see that it is divided into the scenario rules and the force rules. The MA is under the force rules.

Because most of those say there combat values cannot be increased. But point taken, a Thor-powered Galactus woud rock
