ok here is the question.

Lets say that i have a themed team (warriors) with 5 chars and want to use warbound(feat card)... can use it on 2 or 3 chars or do i have to use it on all of them?

Cost: 5 per character on your force with the chosen keyword
Prerequisite: A single, common keyword.
Choose a character. Choose a keyword. All characters on your force that have the keyword are assigned this feat. When a target friendly character assigned this feat is given an action, instead of giving it an action token, you can give the action token for the action to an adjacent friendly character that has the chosen keyword, has zero action tokens, and has a point value equal to at least half of the target’s point value."

In short, yes you can play it on only 3 figures only if the other 2 figures do not share the same keyword.

For instance, I run 5 Batmen on a Detective Theme, but only 4 of them has Gotham City, I can just assign "Gotham City" to Warbound and pay only 20 points.

But should I choose Detective, I'd have to use it on all 5.

I love doing things like that. Try a SHIELD team with HoT Cap, Iron Widow, Wint Soldier & FCBD Iron Man, then Warbound only two of them with either Spy or Avengers.

What if I want to run two Warbound and choose two seperate keywords I assume that's legal but not sure

as long as you have two separate warbound feat cards you're ok.

It is ok, however, it is worth noting that a single character cannot be assigned the same feat twice (think Protected). So if one character has 2 keywords and you are planning to WB the character twice, that would not be legal.
